I did take a nap for a few hours already to make myself feel calmer tho-
I'm feeling slightly more calm and less panicky where I'd burst into tears on the spot.

I'm not feeling sunshine and rainbows type of joy but just calmer than before at least.

Therapy? Rough as my internal world makes it out to be. I don't hate it or my therapist, to preface anything. More just I'm just giving myself a hard time and it's rlly ass.

It's mostly confusing for the fact I can't remember if this intense feeling can be defined as a crush or not

Like... I find a person rlly attractive aesthetically and I'd think them as a person seems cool

But that idea of touch even tho I like it, I get repulsed if I think of someone in actuality

Yk what hurts and confuses me somewhat as an experience that lingers in mind

Being attracted to someone but not understanding why I desperately want to be emotionally close but the idea of being physically close and just such is so repulsive on first thought

Maybe it'd lessen with time but I dunno
