Mars hid his face for a second, then he look back at Black Jack with a ghoulish expression.

"YOU CAN KISS YOUR ORGANS GOODBYE!!!"

While, trying to hold his laughter, he tried to speak with the most intimidating of a voice that he could come up with. Which wasn't very scary...

"We're satisfied with your offerings for now.... But if you run out of delicious organs?"

After hearing Black Jack's comment, Mars giggled uncontrollably. Mars didn't expect such a serious adult to be willing to play-off from his shenanigans.

"Hmm... I can't understand why adults are so strict with rules. I mean, you both wanna help people, right? JMA should give you a second chance!"

"Umm... What's the JMA anyways?"

"Maybe, it's some kind of Alien or a Yokai, looking for some organs for their their next meal! ~"

"... How come they don't give you your license now? Sure you broke the rules, but you save that person's life!"

"If those rules are trying to stop you from doing what's right, then breaking the rules isn't so bad. Right!?"

Mars tilt his head out of curiosity,

"But, why do you want to be an illegal doctor, is it cause you hate studying?"

"Nah, I'm not a cop. I'm just a robot who fights bad guys."

"But, If cutting up people helps them, then I don't have to fight you."

Mars picks up a katana while having a mischievous grin on his face.

"I wonder what kind of games he likes?"

"Well, the illegal part I asked dad about you. He told me if there's a Japanese doctor who does surgery for a high price, he's probably an unlicensed doctor."

"Some little girl at the park told me about you! I thought she was making up some kind of story. Like the whole deal about her being 18."

"But I guess she didn't make you up afterall!"

"Nope, I'm Mars, Jetter Mars!" Mars answered with pride.

"I was created by Dr. Yamanoue and Dr. Kawashimo. You heard of them?!"

Mars smiled mischievously at Black Jack. He swayed back and forth, trying to play up his innocence.

"Hey are you that illegal guy who cuts up people for a lot of money?!"

"You know, sometimes Dr. Kawashimo and my Dad argue about how I should be brought up... Is that normal, Mr. Duck?"

"Hmmm... I guess your right. I love my family but sometimes they get into my nerves..."

"But...! I also get into their nerves sometimes too!"

"Why are the Gods fighting Saori!? Are they just mean or something?

"I guess fighting with your friends is an old people thing, huh?"

"Gearloose? Never hear him! Is he some sort of talking duck, like you?"

"Anyway, I was created by my Dad with his friend Dr. Kawashimo! They fight a lot but they are still best friends.

"I dunno, how they do it. Dad always complains on how Dr. Kawashimo gets on his nerves!

Mun: Oh yeah, I heard that Mr. Barks was a big influence on Tezuka. Especially, when it comes to Tezuka's paneling style.

Btw, Astro/Atom abandoned the name Tobio/Toby, when he was rejected by his creator.
