Yeah, some of those platforming sections were brutal. I played the Sands of Time on PC first as well. Bought the PS2 copy, when I found out that you can unlock the original game there!

True that. Even the new cars won't guarantee indestructible systems. I've heard a few stories about batteries dying after 2 weeks or suspensions falling out mid-drive :P

I remember when I accidentally hit the ignition switch with my knee while driving. Every achievement on my dashboard got unlocked and the whole panel switched off a few seconds later. The car run just fine, but I had no idea how fast I was driving. It was an interesting 35 km drive to work.
