I usually manage without naps or snacks during the normal workday, but all bets are off on, say, the afternoon of Advent III between pageant rehearsal and Lessons & Carols. And the couch in the loft room over the back of the nave is extremely comfy.

One of the many reasons I put up with the absurdities of clergy life is that I can have a break of any kind whenever I want.
