Yes, delivery includes chafers/sternos for them to set up. So the food will definitely be consumed hot. They gave me the delivery time, but I don’t know what time they plan on actually eating. So beyond delivery, it’s really in their hands

It can't be tightly covered/insulated during transport, else it'll steam itself soggy. They will just have to accept lukewarm wings TBH.

Looking back on events I've attended. The fried chicken was never "straight out the grease" hot. It is what it is.
