Hard to believe it is now 20 years (!) since we published the DAMOCLES Charter to support data monitoring committees do their job well. It is still routinely used to inform all NIHR DMCs today 😊

My take-away message for you is: "Every person that ... joins any trial is a hero."

And some bonus #TrainMisery. No work anniversary would be complete without a reminder of how many times I've been let down on the commute to London.

I tried to catch a panel session on #AI and real-world data #RWD across London to end the day but the stars didn't quite align to catch it all.

And it's not just about this year: express your interest now for ideas you want to run in the future.

Signalling your interest, incl. in working with datasets that aren't yet easily available, is good.
