Les négociations à Genève (5-14 août 2025) pour un traité juridiquement contraignant sur la #pollution #plastique n’ont pas abouti. L’échec reflète, entre autres, un multilatéralisme fragilisé et des divergences entre délégations. La production plastique pourrait atteindre 736 Mt en 2040.
