The Confident Leader is a great next step in your leadership development journey if you want to reflect on your leadership style and how this affects your personal impact; gain practical tools to apply on a day-to-day basis; and learn about adapting as a leader to changing situations. It aims to support participants to be active collective leaders in their role and to build confidence and skills to move into formal leadership positions. With an emphasis on self reflection and group discussion, it will be interactive and supplemented with action learning sets. The course will promote clinical innovation through an emphasis on Quality Improvement and an opportunity to develop a service improvement project proposal. It is delivered by the Leadership Centre with input from senior leaders. It runs from 27th March to 26th June
