In the bigger picture, it looks like France is becoming Europe’s leading power. They’re expanding their nuclear arsenal and acting more decisively than Germany, with its historical burden, or Britain, the former empire.

Nothing surprising from russia. Their traditional tactic has long seemed to be: rifle in hand, run over there, kill everyone and die. Ukraine benefits from that. The underdog keeps kicking the aggressor in the balls. And thankfully they have Zelenskyy as president. Compare him to the US president.
