The only thing 24hr on calls are teaching me as a CT1 is that I'm probably cool with not becoming a consultant if being a consultant means doing them for the rest of my career.

Nice little milestone on my on-call yesterday getting my 100th intubation, and on a case I managed start to finish confidently with local supervision.

It's been a hard start, and sure, other people have probs got here faster than me, but I am a proud of myself seeing the difference from day 1 ☺️
