I know my little sister would be proud too. She switched to syringes when she was young for her PSa. Always told me how much better it would be for me if I could just calm myself and face my fear.

I gave myself 2 injections with syringes today when I woke up and couldn’t put on my socks. Cimzia doesn’t have an auto injector. Self injecting with a syringe was never possible before because I’d pass out from fear. But I need my body healthy for bean. I’m so proud of myself I could cry
