It's a very common tactic when talking about Israel-Palestine to say "it's complex" to stop conversation or to scare people away

As a historian I can say sure there is some complexity to it but it's not so uniquely complex that you can't fucking see what is happening

and still managed to say that there are illegal immigrants but we don’t know how many. The BJPs national commission member was like “NAME ONE MUSLIM WHO HAS BEEN DEPORTED” under CAA. Like, ma’am, do you read? Or is India just sliced into north-south with all historical trauma erased?
