Being hurt isn’t an excuse to be nasty to people. Being embarrassed isn’t an excuse to be disrespectful either.

Feelings be valid af but not always the behavior. only real ones understand that.

When my kids show any sign of jealously I always address it. It’s ok to want things someone else has but it’s not ok to be nasty to others because of it.

I’ve seen a lot of discourse around the word jealousy. It’s a real emotion but it’s all about how you respond to that emotion that tells me everything I need to know about you.
