I really enjoy trying to portray life in Shetland but no one does island crime like @authorpetermay.bsky.social.
Go on, treat yourself. After all, 99p doesn't even buy you a bar of chocolate these days.

When The Chessmen published in 2013, I was ready to leave Finn Macleod and the Isle of Lewis behind. But The Black Loch demanded to be written, and so The Lewis Trilogy became The Lewis Thrillers.
The Black Lock, the 4th instalment in The Lewis Thrillers, will be published in paperback on July 17.
