It's far cheaper to simply assign a veteran Star unit to check on Shion 24/7 and beat her up!
Tiger Shrike units might be very efficient in high risk close quarter operations, but their awful temperament is a fatal flaw. This is the main reason they don't get to have their own dorms and have to be split up among Stars instead.
And then Shion takes that awful behavior one step further. +

Bad experiences with the community honestly killed my passion for my Signalis OCs a bit, but I'll try to infodump what I had written about them at one point perhaps...
