BOOK LAUNCH: The Dashboard Cartographer

Calanthe Press poet Vanessa Page will be launching the latest Calanthe Press publication, ‘The Dashboard Cartographer’ by Trudie Murrell, on Sunday 05 October 2025. The launch is at 2pm at the Zamia Theatre on Main Street, Tamborine Mountain.

The Calanthe Collective Unpublished Poetry Prize awards garden party, Sunday 14 September. The garden was the ideal backdrop for outstanding poetry from the prize winners and the Calanthe Press published poets, and beautiful and moving music by Susannah Lathlean and Vicki Lee.

Wednesday 16 July was Calanthe Poetry Locals Night at Baileys’ on Tamborine Mountain. A convivial evening of fine Irish fare, a Guiness or two, and outstanding poetry. Heartfelt thanks to Tina and the crew at Bailey’s for hosting the night. A thoroughly enjoyable time was had by all.
