Having used CoWheels in Manchester the main difference is I used it for literally things I wouldn't use a taxi for (robo taxi or not) - like a tip run, 4 or 5 odd jobs around town, going to IKEA for stuff or occasionally a bit of a longer trip out

When I was Carless in Manchester I used CoWheels a lot - popular enough it was hard to find a car sometimes but really good value and enabled me to get loads done for a very sensible price
