Flatpak on Linux installs it with no problem, but Mac's Homebrew is going to stop distributing it later this year because they don't sign. And I have to manually run xattr to remove the quarantine attribute on it on occasion. Bit annoying.

Krita has, I think, two driver models that it can support - Inkspace and... uhh. Whatever the other one is. Try messing with that setting. Otherwise try messing with your tablet drivers.

Reinstalling Krita won't fix it.
