So if Nuclear expanded, as championed, say 1%/year to be 3-fold by 2045, our Nuclear Plants would run out of Uranium in 16 years🤦‍♀️

Luckily, the PM who proposed this terrible idea was replaced & a cost analysis in 1971, found that nuclear was, like now, far more expensive than alternatives & the project was shelved

Unfortunately, for us, we no longer have an LNP Leader who cares about cost analysis 🤮

Nuclear isn't a Business, it's a liability & Debt

France's Nuclear Operator, EDF, amassed a whopping US$102.87B debt before the French Government had to bail them out

If Nuclear runs at a debt while producing, imagine the debt we're leaving future generations who gained nothing

There's a well established link between exposure to ionizing radiation from Nuclear & Cancers, Disease and DNA damage, which can lead to mutations. Adolescents & children, particularly under 5 years old are particularly vulnerable. Those within 30km of Plants are at greatest risk

The energy payback period of Nuclear to cover construction is 10-18 yrs alone, but Nuclear has endless inputs like Uranium & Water so keeps taking. Storing Nuclear Waste for 10,000+ years will likely use more energy than it ever produced. It is a debt with no comparison
