Honestly, as a person who is currently dealing with it, (now just trying to deal with burnout of toxin and phi stuff.) There always one advice that helps me the best.
Taking one thing step at a time, doing that so it wonβt overwhelm you but you get progress.
Beside, slow progress is better-
