Plus, idk, associating someone's ability to seem polished and make money with their worth as a human being always comes off really poorly to me.

It's honestly one of the things I *hate* people saying about folks who use ai. They're not *worthless*, theyre perfectionists who are afraid of trying, or they don't see the merit of trying.

I think insulting people is the least effective way to get someone to think things through, ai or not.

I think a lot of this ai nonsense wouldn't have taken such a hold if we weren't held to such a high degree of "if you're not perfect at it, it's worthless."

Side effects of capitalism blah blah blah, kill the perfectionism in your mind. It makes you worse at things than just sucking at them.

You're allowed to be bad at things, btw.

Art, music, cooking, walking, literally anything you can think of: you can be bad at it and that's fine!

Even if you never get good at it, even if you're already good at it, you're allowed to be bad at it.
