concepting was so comparatively easy when i was a salaried worker and i had timeboxes for something specific instead of being a freelancer with 1 quadrillion responsibilities

im just on too much stuff lately where its like "we need 20 guys designed asap" so like if i want to get the 20 guys done i gotta just draw 20 guys cuz thats 20 drawings. but i feel guilty like im not Concepting Right unless ive done like 4-5 iterations per guy
