Quindo, secondo l'autore dell'articolo in Israele ci sarebbe "una cultura che promuove la riflessione su se stessa, l’autocritica e la satira". Non sembra che questa riflessione l'abbiano praticata molto, però, in questi ultimi anni ... (O dovremmo forse dire "in questi ultimi 75 anni"?)

I am sympathetic with Sydney as a person, but I am asking why a country, such as the US, which has just started a war should be allowed in the Olympics.

In 3 days' time the 2026 Winter Paralympics will kick off in Milano-Cortina. I assume the USA and Israeli teams will be denied participation given that they just started a war?

I'm not sure why, but on my Android phone (a Huawei CLT-L09, running the latest version of Android) the app does not work (I can only access BlueSky from my desktop computer): when I try to write my username in my "login" box, the keyboard does not show up, so I am unable to enter my account.
