Proud to have testified on this, as a cule too.We really put the hear of god in them.

After the Lloyd demolition was announced, the owner lowered rents due to the undesirability of short-term leases and quirky businesses flourished under said cheap rents. People assign the cute biz’s to the coordinates or the concrete and not to the cheap rents b/c they r not systems thinkers.

I like all of the above, personally. Granted I don’t think I qualify as “front line community”. I just advocate for transit riders b/c I know who they are and that no one ever sticks up for them.
