I thought that was Vr or V2. I just know that V1 is the "decision" speed, that being if you're going to abort it must be done before that speed.

Engine/wing was on fire during the takeoff roll, unfortunately they seem to have been past V1, once you pass V1, you must take off, even if you suffer a complete loss of power.

I'm also guessing the fire destroyed hydraulic lines leading to loss of flaps.
