This one’s probably not for me, but I could see how someone might enjoy it. It’s pretty slow for such a short book. The worldbuilding falls short of the concept. The MC isnt really interesting. But damn the ending really packs a punch lol #booksky

This has a lot of genres happening so I guess the best way to describe my opinion is that I like it as literary fiction but not as a romance or sci-fi. The characters and prose stand out much more than the plot or world building #booksky

I don’t know what made me decide to pick a completely random book off Libby, but I probably won’t be doing that again. This is supposedly true accounts but all the people and dreams feel like characters and stories from a novel. I’m not a huge fan. #booksky

Everything is Tuberculosis by John Green

I don’t know if this was a good or bad time to read this with the state of the world being as it is, because it made me feel my anger over the pure injustice of… just everything? Really acutely. It was a good experience, and I’m glad i read it. #booksky

I dont really have a system for rating nonfiction; I’ll just add them. I listened to this audio and enjoyed it from the perspective of a deconstructed exChristian whos still interested in religion in an intellectual way. Some folk could benefit from it #booksky

I didn’t like this one as much as the first one but it’s a soulmates romance which is among my least favorite. Even so, this did it pretty well! The writing is really good but the characters weren’t as interesting in this one. I love this author now though #booksky
