The Animal Crossing subreddit broadened my horizon on the Amiibo stuff. I can finally get my Pietro back without island hopping.
As I started New Leaf too, so that's handy too with the Amiibos, as well as future games.

I had a fun time with the game. Like running your shop, doing trade deals, talking to townfolks. But the ending was just flat and unsatisfying. Also the controls are janky on console.
Still recommend, it has a charm about it.

I've learned that there is a new #Atomfall DLC releasing on 16th September. - Well, let me put the kettle on then.
Cannot wait for more Atomfall. Really enjoyed the game.

Basically a walking sim with puzzle elements and a strong emphasis on narrative. Somewhere in the middle it lost me only to reel me back in with both endings. One of them made me cry.
Happy to learn there is going to be a sequel.

Out of the 8 hrs I've played, chapter 9 & 10 took 5 hrs alone. So much yapping in ch 9 (played on streamlined dialogue & it was still too much). Ch 10 boss fight went on & on & on, unnecessarily.

The art and soundtrack are phenomenal. I just wished the gameplay was more. Generally doing tricks was fun but felt basic and so did the puzzles. Still it was a highly enjoyable game.
Highly recommend.

Overall I enjoyed the game. It is grindy though. Made the mistake to speedrun it and afk-ing a lot. Hopefully the sequel fixes a few QoL stuff. But it's going to be some time before I jump into the sequel.

I had incredible fun. The whole exploration & finding leads, the freedom of how you get to the end. Also enjoyed going for all endings. Combat & stealth are fine, you can get overwhelmed easily, I think that's the intention.
Highly recommend

Been playing #Atomfall the past days. Only got the speedrun combined with the fastest ending to do for the platinum. - Generally setting up all endings was pretty organic and wasn't too much extra to do. Very much liked that.
