Dispatcher Scott and Advanced Paramedic Matt worked together to identify critically ill and injured patients across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight who needed our urgent critical care. 💚🚁

Thanks to our partnership with the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service, today our Dispatch Desk has been run entirely from the Isle of Wight for the first time in our 18-year history.

Welcome back Helimed56! Our helicopter has now returned from its service and we're glad to see our yellow and green back in the skies. 💚💛🚁

Gerry and Norman's story | Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance Your support meant we were there for Gerry when she needed our help back in 2016. Donate today and help save lives in your region.

Nine years later, just a few days after celebrating her 50th wedding anniversary, Gerry sadly passed away.

In October 2016, Gerry had been living with a genetic heart condition when we were called to her side after she suffered a cardiac arrest. Our crew flew her to University Hospital Southampton, where she remained on life-support for five days before making a recovery.
