Oh yes, I can definitely be a problematic halfway through a project! If your gauge varies with continental you might be best waiting for a new project.

It does have two colours, but the technique is a bit different

We got it from our supplier Clover. It seems to work pretty well either with the writer left hand which is unusual.

Roxanne shared a clever trick: use a safety pin to secure your cord when changing interchangeable knitting needle tips! 

I usually grab a stitch marker, but if one isn’t handy, this is a perfect alternative.
