Catford #parkrun 308 saw 239 runners, walkers, a few dogs & several buggies finish the course in Mountsfield Park. 30 clocked new PBs and 57 visited Mountsfield Park for the first time, with 9 doing their 1st ever parkrun. A massive thank you to the 23 volunteers.

Kings Cross Fire memorial - the name of someone I knew appears along with her son and brother.

What a grim, grim government. They are going to completely destroy what little faith the public has left in politics, which will lead us to an even worse place than we are now.

It is so depressing, they could and should have been a beacon of light shined against the years of Johnson and co. But instead they are showing that they are little better at almost every level.

You deserve a drink after all that!
