Someone of us like to have loving, trusting, and loyal partners. Not ones that lie to our face and sleep around and then try to apologize after finally learning they messed up and expecting everything to be fine and go back to normal.

It isn't action, but it's a supernatural story. Most of it is not realistic. Vincent is just some low down unfaithful man. Catherine shouldn't have beat him, but it's a supernatural being. The way Katherine dumped him was way nicer than he deserved, and is probably the the healthiest way.

Not all are the same, but both are INSANELY wrong and if my long term boyfriend when and even had a one night stand, I'd be disgusted. That would be a break up immediately. Both are insanely wrong and not a "small mistake" he KNEW what he was doing. No one who cares for someone would do that.

No normal person would forgive someone who does that and he doesn't deserve to just apologize and think everything will be all better because he he suddenly realized after sleeping around and lying, that he maybe does actually care more for his long term girlfriend. An apology doesn't fix that.

Yes we know 💀 that's literally everyday where that happens and even in the game, Steve leaves his WIFE for this "Catherine" only for her to disappear and he ends up dead too. It's a fictional game where people are dying in their dreams because they are/did betray someone. I don't think that's normal

The point is to break up couples so the good one can find a partner that's actually good for them. They aren't there to teach them a "lesson" they're doing it for the population, he literally said that
