I'm sure this has been done before but I really want to write a fic in the style of a food blogger. Like the format works so well? The crazy story followed by a recipe that matches the themes of the chapter? I read every story on a food blog, I love the epistolary style of them so much

I lovelovelove reading writers' small headcanons and ficlets and fic ideas the same way I love seeing artists' sketches but I have nothing to contribute because my brain is, unfortunately, very empty most of the time

'Dabi sees your boombox confession and raises you whatever the fuck Shouto has going on' was the sentence for my dumb shouto breaks dabi out of prison fic and then I wrote 16k dabisho so that i could use ablations as a metaphor for Dabi's duality

like everything i've written has stemmed from a specific sentence that i become obsessed with until a fic is written to justify the sentence

I think my main problem with posting on apps like twitter/bluesky as a fandom writer is that I very rarely have fully formed thoughts or ideas about characters
