It's nearly May and usually I'm coping much better by this time of year than winter.

Like where can I find more energy pls???? I hate only being able to do a handful of things a week.

Yeah I have had fibro for over a decade & developed long COVID a couple of years ago but I swear my energy is getting lower & my pain is getting higher.

Fibro is not a condition that is supposed to get worse with time but that is not what I'm finding.

Finally decided it was time to try hashtags again on Instagram. Last time I started using them on an old work account, it KILLED all reach. That's always been my issue with them but they seem to help everyone else so time to try again 😅

When I was an OF girlie I would go along with themes as it was fun(for me)+would please the algorithm enough to push the content more. Would add an extra twist such as one easter I did a "bondage bunny". Feedback for me was ALWAYS the fans are there to see you be your genuine authentic self. Be you💜
