Yeah, the university I work for did a pop-up flu shot/covid booster clinic, and myself and two coworkers all scheduled the same day, separately. The next day we were all shambling husks. It was rough.

Went to a baseball game for the first time in my life yesterday. I honestly had a great time and can see why people enjoy it. Eat snacks, day-drink, hang out with your friends while you watch some dudes fuck around on a field for a couple hours? Not a bad way to spend an afternoon.

Five and a half years in the NOvid club is a very good run. Take care of yourself, and I hope it's relatively quick and painless.

I'd say I identify with the meme about tech enthusiasts vs engineers and programmers more and more, but really it's always been true. "The most recent piece of technology I own is a printer from 2004 and I keep a loaded gun ready to shoot it if it ever makes an unexpected noise."

Thinking about this, I don't actually know that he's the protagonist. The trailer is super-focused on him though, in a way that makes me assume that's the case. He needs to stop being in things I'm interested in.
