I wonder if that’s why I always end up choosing such desaturated colors as opposed to vibrant ones? Either way I need to study lineart but I also need to study values. I’m way behind on the fundamentals because I quit doing them cause my hs art teacher was a jerk.

Everything is wrong with me right now I swear. Havent slept right in days (bc I have a majorly sadistic class that’s half a semester), my nose is bleeding from dry I guess and I can taste it in my throat, my shin bone hurts, and I struggle to remember things. This class sucks. Mental health in dirt.

Idk we chatted a bit and I thought “this person is alright” so I followed. I tend to consider people friends a little too easy which may or may not backfire later idk.

I’ve noticed that I see a ton of those medieval European fantasy villainess stories…but nothing with a more eastern flair. Anyone know any good villainess stories that are more Asian culture inspired? I’d like to see something like that I think. Doesn’t matter what Asian country inspires it.

Generally I like the works of mochizuki jun but if I look at most the illustrations they sorta have a strong watercolor vibe which I don’t think I can replicate TvT

Yeah I’m saving for a prebuilt but it’s still more than I can afford so I’ve still go quite a ways to go.

I am here to report that I have begrudgingly turned off my heater for the first time in at least half a year if not a full year. It’s so hot in my house right now. Every heater is going OVERDRIVE and I know it’s cold out but this is way too much.

My second “monitor” is my art tablet. Works great though when my mouse inevitably fails (I’ve been trying to replace my pc for months now because literally non of it is reliable anymore).

In 2nd addition, the preview size of the model can affect pc performance. I would say have it 1/4 or 1/2 size but no bigger. My pc can still manage a model with 100+ layers.

If you want complex 4K models BUY MORE RAM. I tripled mine & still have 1/2 mine taken up when I use Live2D on bigger models.

In addition, you can have multiple textures and texture size will affect the model quality for sure. You want every item on the texture to be at 100% (meaning it’s original size) or else it can be pixelated.

I have so many playlists and videos and suggested YouTube channels for layer separation and advanced rigging tutorials it isn’t even funny.

I’ve been rigging for 5+ years now and I STILL have to regularly reference a tutorial to do certain things.

I may have picked what they look like, but never once have I written their stories. They write those themselves via dreams I genuinely can’t steer in any direction I want. I do, however, have a sprawling multiverse with at least 20 dif universes connected at this point. Idk how I keep track.

Help I’m confused
