Oh of course, it's a natural thing not worth fussing about. One should just keep it in their sheath, if they're not bothering with clothes in warm weather. Though, if you don't, it's moreso something you'll be teased about.

It's usually a tightly-knit living situation compared to now, true. No doubt Kuveli's gonna have to figure out the same logistics as Sak did, once he and Atatu take in one or two of Kuveli's estranged kids.

I am considering getting very drunk and not ruining anything a success. So far so good, feeling alright, now just me not being like my Dad and doing the recycling between getting up later and going to work tomorrow.

Just a month into things, and Atatu has quickly picked up on one of Kuveli’s quirks: He’s sensitive under his tail. With the lightest touch it will shoot up, and he’ll get all flustered.

Of course, it's not like Kuveli to just take butt appreciation without giving any back. And Atatu didn't have to wait long, as can be seen in a lovely follow-up by @heyfizzyjay.bsky.social.

Kuveli has more than just teasing in mind, however. Gonna bridal carry him back home for an evening of fun.

I feel I should listen to a different album. Keep the mood up. Just hard these days, I suppose. But PSB’s Race For Space always works for this middle mood.

I might tad drunk, but I still don’t thonk it’s set in yet. Even talking to IRL non-furry friends, it hasn’t entirely set in yet.

And I don‘t think it will, until I tell myself I will do this. This is all on me. I will look after me, do what I want to do. Drink, go for train rides, whatever!

Used to be treated as a kind of "introduction" to Railway Control, for graduates and people off job schemes. But then they had that accident at Salisbury, and the RAIB rightfully asked why safety-critical work was going to fresh starters.

Remember being on shift when that happened, awful situation.

Or, well, we were responsible for making sure there weren't slipper rails. And that the RHTTs (trains meant to clean the railhead of contamination) ran, and covered all booked areas. Figure out what to do if a loco had a major fault and couldn't run.

Some David Bowie before joining the monthly writing group, and then going out for a few hours I think. Feeling like a few well-deserved drinks now the move is complete (minus some clothes and drawers that need to be organised).

I think after all the faff and family bickering today, I’m gonna enjoy the perks of living near town and go to the pub for a couple hours.
