Conrad is walking around Limsa Lominsa, he makes eye contact with a Hyur man who smirks at him as he passes, the implication is that the white haired boy was Thancred and Conrad, being the one who got caught trying to rob Louisoix, was the one who lived out Thancred’s backstory, while Thancred lived Conrad’s in turn. Tho they can from the same place, they have now lived very different lives
