I don't think that there is a debate about this for fans, this is simply a "bad thing". And no amount of BS from WB saying they are "investing" in cycling makes it palatable.

A lot of us here would be familiar with IPTV and other methods of streaming, so I'd say somehow they will become more common.

So your options to actually watch cycling will be very limited. From what I'm gathering either via Sky or possibly Now TV. Now TV might be the only one that streams.
