You can almost look at it like having Kyle Shanahan and Klay Kubiak together (not calling Stefanski Kyle) but they’ll work together to game plan and scheme as well. I think most notable is who is the QB Coach. You still have Brian Callahan available and you could slap him with Asst HC title.

If I was a betting man. I’d bet Ian Cunningham is announced as GM. And the hold up is working out alignment and support to replace/backfill Kyle Smith’s role which is where I think Douglas comes in.

Plus it provides Ian (first time GM) support with an experienced GM and evaluator.

I really like the hiring of Robert Prince as WR Coach. But the Falcons are funny.
