I am Bipolar 2. Running helps me maintain a good attitude, feel confident in myself, and it’s a great place to think things through. Since I stopped, my anxiety and meds have increased which makes it harder to start again.

I’m trying to get motivated. I used to run 3 miles a day, then I got sick and I was down for the count. 8 months later I tried, but I can’t find consistency. Now Winter and cold are my excuses. I need to find the discipline I used to have.
