There are cases where commanders cannot compel Soldiers to sign. For example paying for missing or lost property, you cannot compel a Soldier to sign if it has been more than a certain amount of time, or if the Soldier disputes they are responsible - without conducting an investigation.

This is a, 'Is it a legal order?' question. Is it legal to compel your Soldiers or service members to sign this legal document? When generally, classification methods and operational security (OPSEC) measures cover everything that would make such an NDA redundant. #UnneccesaryNDAs

ICE pepper-sprayed him, dragged him from his car, locked him in a detention center, and placed him on suicide watch. He even missed his young daughter’s birthday in the process.

This man is a veteran and American citizen. Don't look away.
