I just want to note that the link between Tylenol and autism is... not there. You shouldn't take tylenol willy nilly whether you're pregnant or not , it's not great for your liver but that's a separate convo.

I worked in a rural ER near a military base. I saw a guy who was recently deployed in Africa, who had stopped by Guatemala on the way home, and two weeks later had a temp of 105. On a Sunday evening, I called the CDC and spoke with and expert immediately. Can’t count on that now.

I’m not sharing this to scare people—though it’s fucking terrifying. I’m sharing it because we all need to be on guard.

We won’t be getting reliable data from the CDC anymore. Worse, the guidance could be harmful.
