Vamos the blacksmith has 6 attacks. However, the moveset is bugged so 5 of the 6 attacks cannot hurt you.

honestly I was sold on black mesa back when it was still black mesa: source, and it was just a straight up “what if hl1 looked and played like hl2” project

However, heal timer logic is flawed and easily skipped to allow re-healing immediately.
