Zora's main threat isn't physical blows.

In fact, her gun actually only does minor impact damage. Not like a real gun.

Her bullets bounce off of people *Normally* after just doing a little bit of damage.

Zora's main weakness is that she's extremely competitive, and you can use that to convince her to just NOT use her powers.

She's not dumb or anything, but if you issue her a challenge, she'll probably take it.

But I will say her power is actually terrifying when you think about it.
