Behind me is the wall of the Gazebo in the historic town square where a dinosaur footprint in limestone was used as part of the masonry during its construction in the 1930's.

My trip to TX was very dinosaur themed. We saw Jurassic World of course but we also went to Glen Rose to see the dinosaur footprints. The water table was too high to go down to the river but we did see this beauty that was used in the masonry of the gazebo in the town square.

Today we went to the Fossil Rim Wildlife Center in Glen Rose, TX and I made a new friend.

Finally got around to seeing 28 Years Later. It definitely wasn't what I was expecting but maybe it should have been. A very somber film for a zombie movie w/ some real emotion to it. The tone shift that is the ending was jarring but I'm assuming it fits better with the next film in the line up. ⭐⭐⭐

It's Father's day today. That makes it exactly 1 year since I last heard from my uncle. I hope he's happy, wherever he is, and I hope someday he leaves the cult he's in and comes back to us.
