Those Sydney radio hacks have finally been consumed by their own egos.
Or they’re staging another PR stunt.
I’ll wait for the PM to release a statement before we can be sure.
Alain Bertaud - Order without Design -
I went…
sceptical…
Was surprised to hear him say the first task of planning is to determine what is public and private and to set a structure of streets and open spaces.
Sounds like design…he uses the word quite differently.
International design competition…🤔Draw a line down the middle - give half to Lend Lease and half to
Mirvac - take out all the social/affordable housing and build deep floor office plates and throw in a casino! Fixed it for you - and saved you 15 years…

Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez on Iran:
“Remember that one can be against a hateful regime, as is the case with the Iranian regime, as is the whole of Spanish society, and at the same time be against an unjustified, dangerous military intervention outside of international law.”
So many things….not raising the rate, AUKUS - but the recent comments about the Isis mothers, and Grace Tame have landed super heavily. Echoes of Abbott and Morrison, from someone who purports to be better…

You that build the big guns
You that build the death planes
You that build all the bombs
You that hide behind walls
You that hide behind desks
I just want you to know
I can see through your masks

This is the very question I put to the Aged Care Minister in Question Time two weeks ago.
Isn’t a computerised assessment system which cuts support for vulnerable Australians, causing distress and suffering, just another form of Robodebt?
Get fucked. Sorry but just get fucked.

please help make it happen

The idea for a square has merit - but many urban challenges (particularly underground) but if it was decided to retain buildings instead - I would prefer they were put to a good purpose (public housing?!) instead of a compromised urban space.
