And to top it off, my family is a very pro “no therapy, figure out your problems on your own” type of family, so I can’t expected any help from them either. But either way I know I’ll figure it out in the end, just wanted to explain my current frustrations I’m having to deal with

Been needing to go to a psychiatrist for the longest time, but having no money to be able to set aside for it is absolutely the worst. I know I’ve had problems for a while now but it’s gotten so bad that’s it’s starting to majorly interfere with my studies. Honestly not sure what to do at this point
