might be an error on the recipe then lol. but you can try adding a little more baking powder and a pinch of baking soda, and weigh out the flour if you didn’t already. it has actual tea in it right? you can also experiment with the overall liquid (eggs+tea) since egg size can vary

your baking powder might be old? i don’t know her recipe but often leaves your cookies flat since none of us replace it at the rate recommended. another suggestion is to chill the dough after you mix it before baking to make sure the butter is a good consistency
