BOHFS St. Louis hosts Union Omaha in the 1st Round on Wednesday, March 18th, LIVE on CBS Sports Golazo and Paramount+.

Heartland Division 2 - Group B
Group B spreads out a little further from Chicago, including expansion clubs in River Light FC from Aurora, IL, and Madison Fire from Madison, WI.
DeKalb County United faces tough competition, as only 1 club from each group gets promoted.
Heartland Division 2 - Group A
D2's so nice, we're doing it twice! Division 2 splits into two groups to provide a pyramid structure for Pro/Rel, as newly relegated Czarni Jaslo looks to reclaim glory against 4 expansion clubs and more.
Heartland Division 1:
Cedar Rapids Inferno switches conferences, and Edgewater Castle steps into a highly competitive division that will see the bottom two teams relegated to Division 2.
Great Lakes West:
The only unchanged division sees rivalries brew with Goshen City FC defending their Great Lakes trophy.
Great Lakes East:
Metro Detroit remains the hovering point of a long-standing division, with Toledo Villa FC marking the MWPL's first team in Ohio.
Cedars FC looks to defend their divisional crown for the third season in a row.
Gateway West:
Kansas City enters the MWPL with 5 clubs of their own, along with AFC Columbia who looks to establish their reign over the new division.
Gateway East:
St. Louis exploded with 5 expansion clubs looking to get in on the action.
Conference Championship Runner-Up Ehtar Belleville FC and U.S. Open Cup competitor BOHFS St. Louis will make Iowa a part of their travel plans this summer.
The Midwest Premier League enters 2026 with 53 clubs, continuing to break the record we set each season.
With 19 Expansion clubs, including a bounty of clubs in Chicagoland and a new region in the Gateway Conference, let's take a look at the new alignment in the MWPL.
