So I finished The Excavation of Hob’s Barrow last night and WOW. The best thing I can say about it was that it felt like I was playing a Hammer Horror film from the late 60’s (and I’m a huge Hammer Horror fan). I could see the film in my head, the atmosphere of the game was that good.

Also, Silent Hill is the first non Final Fantasy soundtrack cd I ever bought

Not sure I can think of one. The song combined with the opening cinematic is just perfect

All signs seem to indicate they’re currently working on a home console right now. If it’s as well thought out as the Deck, I think it’ll be a success.

None of the other PC handhelds have come up with a control layout as good as the Steam Deck either. The trackpads on the Deck are a huge plus. I can’t imagine trying to play something like FTL without them.
